If I have Public Mobile plan in BC, can I use it while on vacation in Alberta- Edmonton?

Yes, you can . It is a national wide network.

do you have the Canada-wide plan or provincial wide plan?

If you have the provincial wide plan that offered for only 8 weeks or so, you might have trouble calling outside of the province you are physically in. However, you can easily change it back to Canada-wide plans

Yes, I have Canada Wide Talk plan, but its not stated about the data whether its Canada Wide as well?

yup.. both voice and data are Canada wide 🙂
