Is your phone asking for a SIM Network Unlock PIN?&amp;nbsp; Also, which SIM card is in the phone when you get asked for this? If you receive this type of message with the Public Mobile SIM card inserted, this means that the device is locked to a different carrier.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
