@KasiaKro no, you wouldn't. Unlimited incoming calls, doesn't matter local or not

You can receive unlimited incoming calls. If you want to make outgoing international calls then you may need an international long distance add-on depending if the country you want to call is included in the list of countries.

all incoming international calls is for Free,

no extra charge with Unlimited incoming calls,

It's included on the cost of any plan.

No you will not get charged. PM is prepaid, so if you do not have the item in your plan, then the call or whatever you are trying to do will NOT go through.
