    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/24835"&gt;@Daychr&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As mentioned, your account needs a password reset with the help of a moderator. &amp;nbsp;Since password resets are time-sensitive, and private messaging is the moderators' preferred communication channel, I recommend you turn on e-mail notifications for receipt of private messages in your community account. To do this, go to Settings -&amp;gt; Preferences -&amp;gt; Private Messenger. Tick the checkbox for "Receive email notifications for new private messages" and click save after making the change.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I'm trying to purchase an add on but my password isn't working. I tried to reset it but it won't accept my secret answer. How can I sign into my account? I'm not sure how to contact suppory directly&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks!</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/24835"&gt;@Daychr&lt;/a&gt;, sorry to hear that you are having issues.&amp;nbsp; The only&amp;nbsp; way to contact support is to send a private message to them.&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately they won't be back until 9AM EST.&amp;nbsp; YOu can click on &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt; and then on send message to send them a private message and get them to look into your issue first thing in the morning.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>You need mod help required here how to contact them&lt;BR /&gt;Contact mod dept they will help you with the process&lt;BR /&gt;In your private message to any moderator include whatever bits of the following info you have:&lt;BR /&gt;* PM account email address&lt;BR /&gt;* PM phone number&lt;BR /&gt;* Detailed explanation&lt;BR /&gt;* Community Moderators are available from Mon-Thursday 9am(EST) to 9pm(EST) and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9am(EST) to 5:30pm(EST)&lt;BR /&gt;Here is the link for how to contact moderators &lt;A href="http://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Knowledge-Base/Updiated-Contacting-our-Community-Moderators/ta-p/76452" target="_blank"&gt;http://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Knowledge-Base/Updiated-Contacting-our-Community-Moderators/ta-p/76452&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What you do click on link then webpage will open. You will see a mod team click on any name then scroll down all the way and click on send a private msg then explain your reason with account and email address&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks</description>
