Here's what I have in my account:

Your account has been suspended. Make a payment to reactivate your current plan. Suspended accounts are deactivated after 90 days if payment is not received. You will lose your phone number and service.

Plan Expiry Date: Apr 25, 2017

Account Deactivation Date: May 26, 2017

Would anyone please explain why deactivation date is May 26 instead of July 24? My previous payment covered me until Apr 25, so why is deactivation one month after that instead of 90 days?

The deactivation date is in fact 90 days after expiration. It has been confirmed previously by moderators that the 30-day deactivation date displayed in accounts was inaccurate. Here's an example, with confirmation from moderator Shazia_K:
http://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Self-Serve/Need-help-regarding-account-deactivation/m-p/59820/highlight/true#M4718

Thank you. I will just ignore the May 26 date in this case.
