This is a public forum and you should remove any personal information by clicking on the three dots on the top right hand corner.

Do you mean you can't access your Gmail ?

@MUGWAMPER : Public Mobile is not Google. Maybe some clever people here might be able to help you if you provide more details but you likely need to take up your problem with Google.

Hey @MUGWAMPER ,

Generally speaking, Public Mobile can't help you with google locked phones unless you bought a phone from Public Mobile and it arrived google locked.

Provide more info about your issue and other members of the community may have some suggestions.

Do a youtube search or go to your friendly neighbourhood cellphone repair guy/gal. Going price about $40.
