      <description>&lt;P&gt;My auto pay was not taken, my plan has stopped since today.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to log in, couldn't, reset my password, then had to wait 1 hour. it's now been 4 and am still getting wait 1 hour message.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
