I find switching VPN servers frequently help mobile data and WiFi when slow, or turn off VPN altogether when not needing the security of VPN.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, getting the latest software update for your phone should help too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I'm in the Kitchener / Cambridge area of Ontario and normally don't have any issues but my data seems to be taking longer to load.&amp;nbsp; Anyone else having this problem?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

There are not outages currently being reported in that area:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.telus.com/en/on/outages" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.telus.com/en/on/outages&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Were you possibly in an area that was difficult to get a signal...like a concrete building, basement, etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When that happens try toggling your Network Connection found under Mobile Networks.
