If you cannot connect to 611 but your service says active suspend your service via lost/stolen on the plans page, change your password and report back......contacting the moderators would likely be your next move.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

There has been a glitch with old province wide calling plans requiring the $5/500min calling add on. Contact the moderators to see if they have come up with a fix or if they haven't they should add a complimentary one to your account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
