    <description>&lt;P&gt;try putting a 1 in front of the phone number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is stored contact, try to dial it with the 1 in front of it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try calling other numbers.&amp;nbsp; This&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;error message can be caused by dialing a particular number incorrectly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, did you just join PM or have been here for awhile and just have issue with calling out today?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
