I just changed my phone number few days ago, but now I want to change it back. I need your help. Thank you

@tdnguyen68 : Generally you're out of luck. If you ported that number in from elsewhere outside of Telus/Koodo then even more so. If it was an original PM number then remotely maybe. If it was from Telus/Koodo then even more remote.

If anything though I think you'll need to wait the 30 days from when you changed it to get anything done.

@tdnguyen68 Think @Anonymous is being too polite. You will not get your old number back unless it happens to appear in the list offered under Change My Number.

Was it the persistently optimistic @Anonymous or the straight-shooter @Luddite that helped you most?

Curious, what prompted the desire to change the number in the first place?

Transferring Or Changing Your Number After Activation

You can change your phone number once every 30 days after you have activated. To change or transfer your number after activation, go to your Self Serve Account here and:

Select the “Plans and Add ons” tab
Click on “Change Phone Number”
Then, you can choose to select a new phone number

Glad your problem's been resolved either way!!!
