      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you try your SIM on any other phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What might work is to reset your phone to factory default but that will be a major pain if you have your environment set to your liking and have quite a few apps installed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Otherwise, I think it's time to open a trouble ticket.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To tide yourself over, get the Fongo or TextNow app for free calling/texting on wifi. It's an excellent backup for these situations.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
