Hi @Mahad

You can get a new SIM card at many mobile merchants, such as Walmart, London Drugs, through canadiancellsupplies.com, or right here at Public Mobile under the SHOP tab above.

Also under that SHOP tab, there is a Find a Store locator , see here , you can use to better identify locations near you which may carry Public Mobile SIM cards.

Once you have one in hand, you will need Moderator assistance to transfer your account to that new SIM.

Based on @esjliv initial response, I may have misunderstood.

Were you wondering how/where to get a new SIM card, or do you already HAVE a new SIM card and wish to know the process for changing it?
