      <title>forgotten password, recovery questions not working..</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;this is second time ive had to do this ,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;although i made a point of remembering what i thought were the answers to my security questions..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so i recently changed my password a couple times , now i cant sign in. when i try to do the forgot password feature, theres only one question i knew answer to and no matter how i spell it it isnt working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have several emails regarding my account, i know all of my information how can i get to to create a new password?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/9663"&gt;@Shazia_K&lt;/a&gt;, &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/10779"&gt;@Mary_M&lt;/a&gt;, &amp;nbsp;@Simon_O @MarieHelen_L&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
