please log into your account at https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca . From that page, clilck on the Payments tab. There's an option to manage your card. There's no option to actually perform an update, so you'll need to use the replace card option and enter all of the details.

Click on Payment tab, then click Manage My Card at the bottom
