Got one addon, but not the other.

Hi All,

I paid for US Roaming Data, and US Roaming Talk & Text, but I only got one of the two on my account. I thought it might just take a while to kick in, but it's been 4 hours. Any suggestions? Wait longer? Purchase again?

look in your Available Funds to see if the $$ for the missing add-on are sitting there.

Now you must buy the Add-on you want.

Yes, the funds were debited for both transactions. Interestingly, the Make a Payment portal charged me $15 for the US Roaming Talk Text, but then randomly there's a separate charge for $10 that is just sitting there unused?

@Ambiguous1175 : Click on Plan Details. Talk & text are not countable so they don't need to be with the counted items.

It does appear that it was purchased based on the transaction history.

Try logging out of self-serve, clearing cache and cookies, opening an incognito page and logging back into your self serve. Before logging back in, reboot your phone.

Thanks so much! All the addons were clearly listed there under Plan Details. Peace of Mind is now restored!

The extra $10 in Available Funds led me to think that only the talk/text add-on was purchased.

@Ambiguous1175 : Well...there's still ambiguity 🙂 Not all add-ons show under there. I have many that don't.

Be aware that for these roaming add-ons, you need to wait until overnight the next day to re-buy them. It's been a while but maybe just maybe even another whole day. But the add-ons start when purchased. So the clock's ticking.

@hairbag1 : ~~I'm not sure why he didn't get the bundle but whatever.~~ 🙂Edit: nvm. You can't get 1gb in a bundle.

Hi @Ambiguous1175 please click Purchase Add-Ons as shown on image below

Your Current Add-Ons should show both your US Roaming add-ons.

Please Log out your device. Before logging back, delete your browsing history, cache and cookies. It might also help to use a different browser and use incognito mode. Log back in.
