Why doesn't Public Mobile accept my voucher # xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx which I purchase today from Telus for $15.00?

It can take a few hours for it to be activated.

You should remove the voucher# by clicking on the three dots on the top right.

@ghamblen : You just laid out free money for some nefarious fellow customer to snatch up. Did you try the 611 service? Is that the only 12 digit set of numbers on the voucher? If more than one then use the one called PIN.

Edit: wait...a Telus voucher is only good for Telus...not here. I know both are owned by Telus but you need a Public Mobile voucher.

@ghamblen :This forum can be viewed by anyone including anyone wanting to use your voucher, now that you've posted your voucher PIN, others might have used it before you have chance to use it.

@ghamblen It takes time for voucher to be activated. A few hours around. Also, I recommend to remove the number for privacy reasons.

Edit out this number immediately. Click 3 little dots from your post and clear the number shown in red

Anyone can see what you've posted, this is a PUBLIC FORUM - i hope someone else hasn't tried to use.

You may be out of luck already.

Hi @ghamblen it could be that you are entering the wrong 12 digit number... use the PIN#

If you are using your self serve account to upload your voucher, log out. Before you log in again, delete your browsing history, cache and cookies. Log back in. Upload your voucher again using the PIN#. Reboot.

You can also dial 611 and upload your voucher there using the voucher's PIN#
