    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm getting the following message in my account:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;SPAN class="expiredUserMessage xrm-attribute xrm-editable-text"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="xrm-attribute-value"&gt;Your account has been suspended.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="addFundMessage xrm-attribute xrm-editable-text"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="xrm-attribute-value"&gt;Make a payment to reactivate your current plan.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;SPAN class="ExpMessage xrm-attribute xrm-editable-text"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="xrm-attribute-value"&gt;Suspended accounts are deactivated after 90 days if payment is not received.       <description>I'm also getting the same message in my account when auto pay through my credit card went through with no issue.&lt;BR /&gt;I just emailed Public Mobile to look into my account. Let's hope it is a temporary system glitch. I don't see any solution to this account issue here in the community.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same problem, which I noticed when I tried to purchase an add-on for USA roaming for a trip I'm taking tomorrow. PM won't let me purchase the add-on because my account is suspended, even though my account is fully paid off. I'm screwed if I can't use my phone. It's crazy that there's no way to speak to someone at PM live over the phone. This may be enough for me to drop PM...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/24760"&gt;@NateinTO&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; if you're having a problem its always best to start a thread for yourself, if you piggyback of someone else, you might be lost in the shuffle.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When was your renewal date? &amp;nbsp;As long as your phone is still working you should be fine. &amp;nbsp;If your date was today then tomorrow your should be able to add the add-on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if you want to be sure then just sent a prive message over to the moderators and maybe they can manually add the add-on for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Or does it block you since your account status is suspended due to glitch?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Mods have taken that matter on their hands so don't worry.</description>
