Hey I got an email 2 weeks ago that I was in the top 50%. Why didn't I get a reward ? My bill just renewed today.

Can you log into self service and look at your payment/transaction history and see if you were credited $1 for the community reward.

The community reward should have been awarded overnight with your autopay rewards/friend rewards.

Maybe screenshot your payment history page (omit personal information)

Community rewards are usually announced around the 10th of each month. The actual payment of the reward will be credited on your payment date (usually late evening or early morning the next day). A screenshot of the payment history will help determine whether you received the $1 credit.

Look at your payment/transaction history to be sure you did not receive the community reward. Your cc bill would have included taxes.

To see the cumulative rewards, look under your My Rewards section, scroll down a bit, and see the value under "Helping Others". It'll show you can earn up to $20, below that number, you should see a $1 amount for your top 50%.

@HALIMACS nope not there. The only rewards it hows is the $2 off for autopay. So disappointing. Only been with PM for a few months and thought it would be smooth. Rececieved the email then no reward

The OP mentioned an email notification was sent regarding the reward. I have never received an email regarding community rewards. I just see it under the notifications in the community and then a text after renewal. Has anyone else been notified by email regarding the community reward?

Follow prior advice to submit to Moderators.

Maybe they'll round it up to a $5 credit as a gesture of goodwill for you having to take your time to request the correction. Can't hurt to nicely ask...
