No matter how many times I log-in/out/in, it does not show any plans, or my current plan. I need to get this done today, and I’m not sure why I can’t just call someone in customer service and just talk to someone? It’s a telecommunications company for goodness sake. This is such a waste of my time. How do I get this sorted?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There was a post earlier today on the same issue, unable to plan change.&amp;nbsp; Not sure if it is a site hiccup.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;did you try another browsers or another computer?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
