      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/192769"&gt;@dcths&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the added details... porting/transferring your number is a unique issue.&amp;nbsp; Basically, Public Mobile's automatic process to port your number usually works well on the first try.&amp;nbsp; If it doesn't work on the first try, it's tricky redoing it yourself.&amp;nbsp; That's what the Porting Team is there for that&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/79275"&gt;@softech&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;sent you the number for.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just a note: the complete&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;Porting&lt;/EM&gt; process involves a lot of things.&amp;nbsp; During this time, you may notice some things work (like calling out) but other things don't (like receiving calls).&amp;nbsp; It should be fully completed after a couple hours so if you notice any glitches in the meantime, hang tight as their systems get everything done in the background.&amp;nbsp; &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
