As a new member of the community, what’s the best way I can go about informing myself about PM, so that I can help others do the same?

Read....and use the search bar. Whenever a question was asked that I didn't know the answer to (which was a lot in the beginning) I would type it in the the search bar. If its troubleshooting a phone issue ....google it.
