You might have to return it from where you purchased it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But first try clearing your browser and switch to incognito.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Double check the SIM card number especially the number of “0”.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/192484"&gt;@rpteeshila&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; just want to confirm , did you get the "invalid SIM" error from the online activation portal or from the phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is from online activation, did you try activation more than once since you got this SIM?&amp;nbsp; Maybe it was error out during the first activation and then you went back and try activating a 2nd time?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
