US $20 Add-on not getting data

Hey folks,

Right now I'm in Michigan and had 10 day $20 US add on. Expired yesterday so I did another $20 add on today since I have decided to extend my trip til next week. I have unlimited text and calling but no 250 mb data. Charge for $20 went thru. Could someone help me here since I need google maps to help me get to a destination in Chicago today? Thanks.

did you re-add the add on after you added the $20 (the two step process) and have you restarted your phone after you added it?
