Is this for text or emails?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You MMS setting might be disabled on iPhone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The hyperlinks information&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/16361"&gt;@will13am&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;is helpful with your photo issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On iPhones, go to Settings&amp;gt;Messages&amp;gt;then enable MMS Messaging and also enable Send as SMS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On Android, try powering off your phone then power it back up again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
