Try this:&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL class="ol1"&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;Go to Settings&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;Then go to Mobile networks and select a network other than Public Mobile, Telus, or Koodo &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;When you exit the menu the phone should lose the network.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;Repeat the process and select Public Mobile as your mobile network.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;This procedure will force the update of the message centre number. You can verify it in your message settings.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Dropped SMS Messages</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone had any issues over the past few days regarding failed outbound text messages?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It has happened to me twice over the past two day.&amp;nbsp; My phone errors stating message failed to send.&amp;nbsp; After retrying, it does go through.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, that is not the situation.&amp;nbsp; I am in the center of town.&amp;nbsp; Neve had issues before with any other carrier, of Public for that matter.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
