I’m a beginner.. don’t use my phone much. The problem I have is my voicemail.

I have never set it up that I know of. Anyway when I go in it asks me to put in my code followed by #. I do that and she comes back in and says, put in your password followed by the #sign.It just keeps asking and asking until she finally hangs up.

Any suggestions?

If you never set up your voicemail, the first time you call, you will be prompted to set up a password. You might need to confirm the password a second time. The password needs to be 4-15 digits long. Here is a help article.
