No charge to you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will need your imei number dial *#06# to get it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may just need to be reconnected to the Public Mobile network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try one or more of the below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*turn off your phone, leave off for a minutes, then reboot&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*removing your SIM for a few minutes, then reinserting it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*go into airplane mode for a few minutes, then going back to regular mode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*reboot your phone again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I guess you&amp;nbsp; are activating your line with a new phone number (no number porting).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try reboot your phone every 15 mins.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
