    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/191653"&gt;@ThomasMao&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you have past the credit card step, there is a chance it actually got activated on the backend but just front end didn't return properly&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check your credit card online to see if PM already charged the Plan amount&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Put the PM SIM in a phone and see if it connects to PM.&amp;nbsp; Try making an outgoing call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, did you request porting?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
