      <description>&lt;P&gt;I paid my bill and send me a text saying they received it.And it work for approx&amp;nbsp; a day and a half. Then public mobility said they credited me $25.00 back and said, I needed $10.00 more to get my services back In on the $25.00 mth plan +tax .Also send a report on this almost a week ago and still NO RESPONSE IM NOT IMPRESSED. I also have the ref# to proof it was sent&amp;nbsp; What is going on !!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Maybe screenshot your payment history page. Might provide useful information. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Then deal with what and why there was a credit back.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
