Recently registered and went to go pay my first bill and forgot my password and tried to many times and says i am locked out could i please get unlocked

It might just have triggered a temporary lock. Wait an hour and try again.

If still failed, you can try the forgot password option and they will send you the link to reset.

if you can't reset the password or not receive the email , you will need to open ticket with mod to get the issue sorted out.

@vapula :If you locked out you'll have to wait an hour to try again.

Try the forgot password button as well.

If you still can't get in you'll have to contact the Moderator Team by click the white bubble button in bottom right or click the envelope button in top right.

You can also call 611 to pay your bill or go but vouchers to pay.

wait one full hour
clear cache and cookies
open incognito tab
try again

Try using a different browser and incognito mode. Also try clearing your cache and cookies then reboot. If you still need assistance then submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the bubble on the bottom right.

How were you intending to pay for your plan?

Vouchers can be added via 611 on your phone.
Credit card payments can be made via 611 if you know your 4 digit account pin#.
If you have a credit card registered on your account for autopay your card will be charged your plan amount + tax upon renewal.
