      <description>&lt;P&gt;This happened before, the cards gets charged though there is enough on the balance or even more to cover the bill.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please check your payment history to ensure that balance didn't drop below your plan price since January does have 31 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not It is also possible that it will happen again if you don't speak to moderators, i once didn't mind thinking the balance will be used the following month, but it wasn't. After talking to them it didn't repeat for almost two years&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To contact them you can write private message to Moderator_Team&lt;/P&gt;</description>
