Its not. I don't think anything is going to change that until you talk to an employee at the shell station you purchased it at. Maybe he didnt hit send or remit or something but right now i think your voucher is worthless.....JMO.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Shell vouchers are valid right away. Canadian tire gas bar RTP are added to your account right away. Other gas stations can vary I believe Irving is 24 hours. Check the voucher catalogue for other examples that might answer your question. Is the gas station open 24 hours?&amp;nbsp; Which gas retailer did you purchase from? Any of these details can help us determine when your voucher will become redeemable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Shell, London drugs, SDM, 7/11, walmart are all known to sell vouchers that are immediately valid.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This is an issue with the terminal. They need to give you a new voucher. Add it thru 611 on the spot to ensure it works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edit: You are using the voucher and not the reciept? Just in case.....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
