5 to 10G Data Change

Hi - presently on 5G data at $40 would like to go to 10G for $50.

Have about 3G in promotional data not used.

if I change plans will I LOOSE the bonus data I have.

Was the 3G data tied to the promo ? Some promo's claim they'll expire if you change plans, but I haven't heard of it happening when you upgrade to a higher cost plan.

It depends if the bonus data was part of your plan. Most add-ons usually will remain in your account until consumed. If you make a plan change it is recommended to change on next renewal so you any lose any unused minutes/texts or data.

Changing plans and the possibility of losing a promotional bonus data add on is YMMV however the vast majority of the time a promo data add on stays....a monthly plan data bonus usually is lost.

Do you feel lucky? I would wager on you being successful as I have been in the past with this promo....

And this was a downgrade to the $15 plan.
