Phone number never ported over

Just signed up with public and when porting my phone number the text i needed to reply to confirm timed out.

Called the previous provider and they need public to re send a request to port the number over. How might i be able to request a port again

You should call Public Mobile directly and explain this situation as ultimately they will have to do it for you.

There isn't any way to call Public Mobile customer service. There is a Telus porting team, but Public Mobile advertises all supoort as being provided online.
