topic Question in Get Support

Hello, I bought a sim card but because my phone was not compatible with public mobile I could not use it. I used the instruction on your website that if my mobile shows IME code it will be compatible, but it was not. Is it possible to extend the time of my service? Since I bought a new cell phone and I want to use my 25$ I paid for the last month since I did not use it never during the month.

PM is prepaid so no guarantee of receiving a credit but you could try contacting a moderator.

Here’s when and how to contact the Moderator Team:

Get help with your account the easy way by starting a conversation with our virtual assistant, SIMon. It’ll take you to relevant help articles, or if it’s something more urgent, it can help you submit a ticket to the Moderator Team. Click here to get started.

Alternatively, you can send a private message to the Moderators by clicking here. You’ll need to be logged in to your Community account for the link to work.

You need to make your phone also has the necessary bands to be compatible with PM.

Public Mobile uses the following frequency bands:

4G LTE and LTE Advanced: 700 MHz, 850 MHz, 1900 MHz and 2100 MHz downlink and 1700 MHz uplink (AWS).

HSPA: 850 MHz, 1900 MHz (UMTS).

Please note that this information is indicative only. Your phone's compatibility with our 4G or 4G LTE networks is based on the radio frequencies of your phone. Public Mobile does not guarantee that your phone will work on our mobile network.
