What is your intention? Maybe posting a screenshot of your payment history will help us help you. Please blank out any personal info first.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Paid to Added data. Proceeded payment but can't see added data through my account. I don't understand why charged a few times (almost $100) but I don't get anything. Even my balance $5 only. they said I owing $45 .. I really need explanation from you. Please contact me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Load fund onto account, once loaded, you should see Available Fund on Self-Serve showing what you just loaded&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. actual picking and buying of the add-on.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It will used the money on Available Fund to purchase&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you have done both, you can then reboot your phone once and you would be able to use the new add-on you just purhcased.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Maybe it coincided with a renewal and it ate the balance. Or they did an immediate plan change rather than an add-on or both.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
