hi,

If I change my pl;an in the middle of my 30 days will I be charged the full amount for the new plan or just the difference between the two plans.

@salyward3008 : No pro-rating here. Set it to change on your next renewal if you like your money. But you're probably asking due to being out of data. You can buy add-ons, ask for an early renewal or change plan immediately. No pro-rating.

You might have to do a little math if you're trying to decide whether it's worth purchasing the add-on or waiting the number of days till the next renewal takes place.

Depending on what plan you're currently on, you may also wish to consider upgrading to a higher data allotment plan and making that change effective on your next renewal.

Anytime you make a plan change, if it's an immediate one, your billing cycle starts from that date.

Remember that public mobile cycles run on 30-day rotating terms - not monthly.

You would be charged for the new plan at the full price. It is recommended to change a plan on next renewal so you don't lose any unused minutes/texts or data.

If you are changing you plan because you are running out of talk minutes or data, you would want to Change it now, then the 30 days will reset today and next renewal will be 30 days later.

If you have no short of data or talk time at the moment, you will pick the choice to change it on the next renewal cycle.

I do not think it is a good idea to change plan NOW as he will be losing paid service left until his billing cycle. It could be just SMS but still... If you have paid $15 and you are in the middle of cycle and start NEW cycle today, $7.50 is lost.

Better is to schedule plan change at next billing AND buy some data/minutes as add-on.
