Hello!

I have 2gb in my plan. I know logging into self serve is a pain sometimes and I was wondering if you get the notification that you've used a percent of your data on the main 1gb or combined with the 1gb from the new year deal. Or is it just the 1gb that came with my plan?

Public mobile sometimes will send an alert when you used up 75% and 90% of your data. It is not reliable. Some customers have noticed the alert will show for the base plan data allotment usage, while others have noticed it includes the total data allotment including add ons.

I suggest you keep track on your phone yourself...

make sure you download an app that can setup based on the 30 days cycle. Data counter comes with the phone usually only do monthly count.

For Android, I have been using 'Data counter widget"
