Cannot log into acccount

Hi,

My account is suspended because the credit card I have on file is no longer valid. I can't log in,

I keep gettig a "Oops" Message regardless of reseting or account info. Is there any other way to change my Credit card? How long does it take for a moderator to reply?

FYI solution did not work - I tried dif PC's. I believe it to be an issue with my account.

Thanks Marie - can you make sure you can log in with my info? The last time it was reset it didn't fix it either.
