      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I dont have network all day long. can't send SMS or call no one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there a problem at Public Mobile or is it just me ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Maybe double check in your self serve that the sim registered in the account (last 4 numbers) match what is in your phone. Click change sim. Sounds like maybe the sim has come loose. Open the sim slot on your phone, make sure the sim contacts are clean, seat the sim securely in the slot and reinsert, then restart.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
