Hello!

Someone used my signup code last night and I was wondering if they have to be with public mobile for a while before I can see the $1 off or the $10 on their side. They also got the text saying their rewards and send a friend said $0.

It will ususally appear after a couple days then it will last as long as the person is using the plan.

I saw that I had a 10 dollar credit the day after I activated with a friend's referral code.

Typically, the new customer will get the credit in available balance within 72 hours.

You should be able to see $1 in your Refer-a-friend rewards area and you can even see the last 4 digits of their phone number. You use to get a text from Public mobile confirming that you referred a new friend, but that was been stopped for a while.

@os54656 : You should see the added dollar in your rewards area almost immediately. They'll see the $10 credit by 3 days but usually overnight.
