@mccans, This is not Asia. In Asia you Purchase Airtime Vouchers/Credits and then you Purchase Validity seperatly, so once you used up your Airtime for outgoing calls you are still able to receive unlimited incoming calls as long as your Purchased Validity is Valid.

In Canada (except Wind which lets you receive incoming calls for 10 days) once your Paid 30 days are up everything stops.

Even though you are able to receive unlimited incoming calls as long as you have Validy but most of Asia has no such thing as unlimited outgoing calling where in Canada most of our plans are unlimited calling in or out.

I then tried again today and payment went through. Account is still showing as Expired. So not sure if all 3 payments went through of if there's a giltch as funds available are showing as $0. I've emailed and no response..

Same thing happened to me. Added $90 to account shortly after it expired. It didn't reactivate my account so added another $20 which did nothing. So I tried *611 and added another $20 which also did nothing. Still shows zero next day and expired. Checked my bank account and 101$ and change was taken from my account by PM automatically on top of the $130 I added the day before. But it still shows zero. I shot off an email to PM yesterday about it... Still waiting on a response. Hopefully its resolved soon. Phones are peoples lifeblood anymore. I'm guessing there is a glitch in the system that sprang up recently.

Chris.

Hello Chris,

The problems about activating and/or payment occurred a few months ago when Beta invitations were still required to become a customer. It took a couple of weeks, at most, to resolve the last of the problems.

Unfortunately, the problems have reoccurred with the very recent influx of new customers, who do not require Beta invitations.

In effect, their arrival is testing the system to see where and what improvements are necessary. After all, PM is still in Beta, which is synonymous with glitches.

Rest assured that overpayments are treated very seriously by PM, and that every thing, down to the last overpaid cent, will be refunded to you.

Cheers.
