just curious why can't I change my phone number? is it because i'm on this promo or what's the deal?

Did you recently change your number you only allow to change number once per 30 days if you haven't change your number in past try different browser also when you login to self serve and click change number are you getting any error or msg

never changed it. Just tried now with multiple numbes and given fails every time.

It's probably s system glitch try different browser if that doesn't help send a msg to mod they can manually fix it for you
First try different browser then Contact mod
Contact mod dept they will help you with the process
In your private message to any moderator include whatever bits of the following info you have:
* PM account email address
* PM phone number
* Detailed explanation
* Community Moderators are available from Mon-Thursday 9am(EST) to 9pm(EST) and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9am(EST) to 5:30pm(EST)

What you do click on link then webpage will open. You will see a mod team click on any name then scroll down all the way and click on send a private msg then explain your reason with account and email address

No I haven't contacted any mod yet. Will get around to it tho and will let you know how it goes. 🙂
