      <title>Cannot Send or Recieve Pictures</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have never been able to send or recieve pictures since joining PB. I get the option to "download" pictures sent to me but&amp;nbsp;it never downloads the image.&amp;nbsp;When sending an image it just keeps saying "sending" but never does.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a Note 2 running Android version 4.1.1.&amp;nbsp; I&amp;nbsp;changed everything to the correct APN settings, enabled data, my account can send/recieve Pictures and is connected to the correct network.&amp;nbsp; I am just wondering if there is anyone else having the issue after already trying all fixes and if they were able to find a work around.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance for the help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
