@julytwentyeight you can in fact re-use the old SIM card if you still have it. Just put the OLD SIM into your new phone.

But..if you lost your old SIM and you really need to use the new SIM. All you need to do is to open a ticket with the MOD and they will activate the new SIM for you. Use this direct link for SIM change
