Is the message one fo the following?

-talk not included

-you do do not have an active long ditsance add-on

-long distance charges may apply

The last message can be ignored and the call will complete. Try dialing a 1 before the area code of your number. I know that you should have to do that for a local call, but this might work.

@PIM :Have you dialed this number from your phone before without any issues? Can you d dial other local numbers
