If it had been just accumulated rewards, I would have been much less sympathetic.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There was a customer some time ago that did come back to say that he did get refunded. I would say not the whole balance but to sift out what value was REAL money and what might have been reward money.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But it might have been a bit of a fight.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
