Hey everyone just got a Asus ZenFone 3 and for some reason I can't get the internet working, I have set up the proper apn settings but still doesn't work please help!

First check if your phone is compatible with lte network with public mobile

Model compatibility would affect the ability to connect to LTE. All zenfone 3 models should at least work on 3G. So, I would start by checking the APN settings to make sure they are correct (see link below). Create a new APN is necessary. Then, I would check to make sure that data is enabled. Finally, I would check that data usage has not reached the set limit. Report back if these checks do not restore data.

Thanks everyone I got it working, I just didn't put the full name in the APN as setting
