      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had a plan for a while, but&amp;nbsp;I'm trying to change my payment method because the credit card sometimes gets suspended.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whenever I try to make a self serve account, the 6-digit text verification never sends even after repeated attempts. I know for a fact I don't already have an account because when I click "forgot my password", it says "&lt;SPAN&gt;Sorry, we’re unable to verify your email address."&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is there any way I can change my payment method, or set up a self serve account?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That doesn't solve the issue. The issue is that it won't let me make an account because when I put in my phone number, the 6-digit verification code never comes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
